to assist you in determining your financial capabilities. We
then walk you through the process of completing a comprehensive
facility questionnaire. This helps insure that your project will be needs
driven and not facility driven. Another benefit is that it allows
us to value engineer every step of the design process.
Our
consulting expertise will also guide you through the Conditional Use Permit process,
zoning issues, and critical issues that could be major roadblocks, as well as
